How It Works
Referral
Start by downloading a MyVetPhysio referral form. Fill in all required details about your pet, including their medical history and reason for seeking physiotherapy.
Veterinary Consent
Your veterinarian must review and sign the form to confirm that physiotherapy is suitable for your pet. Once signed, return the completed form to us via email or post.
Schedule a Consultation
After receiving your form, we’ll contact you to discuss your pet’s needs and schedule their initial consultation.
